Standard Screen Insurance Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute the standard terms for mobile phone screen insurance developed by LLC "Aisiti" (UIN 406115797) (hereinafter – the "Merchant").
These terms automatically apply to the customer and become part of the primary agreement in the event that the customer, at the point of sale, together with a mobile phone (for the phone purchased) purchases a screen protector and the protector is applied to the device on-site at the time of purchase.
If the consumer is covered by screen insurance, the use of the insurance service is specified in the item's individual warranty conditions.
Since these terms are posted in a conspicuous location for customers at the store's checkout counter, It is assumed that the customer has read these terms of insurance and has been provided with information in a language they understand, clearly and unambiguously.

These insurance terms are provided to the consumer in a physical format (printed form) along with the warranty terms, and they do not typically require the consumer's signature.

- Screen coverage applies to:
- Within 1 year from the purchase of the product;
- If the screen protector was purchased from the merchant and applied at the time of purchase.
- The screen is physically damaged or broken, including if the screen malfunction is caused by liquid ingress (in any case of damage caused by the consumer's careless or negligent act).
- The terms of the insurance do not apply to:
- If the product does not have a screen protector applied at the time of presentation at the service center (even if it is broken);
- If the product's factory warranty stickers have been tampered with (if it has already been opened or serviced at a non-authorized service center).
- If the device's screen has already been replaced at a service center or by third parties.
- The company reserves the right to refuse to replace the screen if it is damaged as a result of the customer's dishonest actions (for example: the customer intentionally damaged the screen).
- If the mobile device is damaged to the point that it will no longer function according to its technical specifications, even after a new screen is installed.
Important issues regarding screen insurance
What does screen insurance cover?
If your screen is damaged within one year of purchase, the official service center will replace it completely free of charge. This service is available Only once During the warranty period.
What is required to get screen insurance?
You must purchase a screen protector with your phone, which must be applied on-site, after which the warranty will become effective.
What quality screen will it be replaced with?
The service center will replace your damaged screen with a new, original, premium-quality screen.
How long will it take to replace the screen?
The service center will replace the screen within 5 business days, provided the screen is in stock. If the screen is not in stock, it will be ordered. In the case of an order, delivery of the new screen can take up to 20-30 business days.
What happens if I have to wait for service and need a temporary phone?
In this case, we will offer you a temporary phone that you can use until your service is completed.
What should I do if I only have armor damage?
At our branches, you can purchase and have a new brace fitted, after which your insurance will be extended. In this case, you will receive a 30% discount on the purchase of the fitted protector. To receive the discount, don't forget to present the insurance or warranty terms issued by the dealer.
